I had this mini frame which was cute but it had no pop to it. So, I grabbed some felt and decided to make a mini felt roses and attach it around the frame and I think it turned out beautifully ...
Here's a quick tutorial on how I did it...

| Cut small felt circles. Does not need to be perfect circles. |
 |
| Fold circle in half and start rolling from one end. Glue together. |
 |
Glue onto the frame. |
See ... wasn't that easy? Now it has some "pop" to it!
